The City of Seattle is going through some exciting changes, and we have the opportunity to bring in two energetic and positive Workers' Compensation Analysts to be part of the in-house team with the Seattle Department of Human Resources (SDHR).
These roles will be part of a team of nine and will act as a consultant to SDHR and other City departments. They will be aligned with one or more departments, with the aim of building strong working relationships with customers, acting as the point of contact for employees, and providing an all-star level of customer service. They will be the adjudicator and claims manager for a caseload with those departments, with a wide variety of claims.
These positions offer a unique set of challenges and rewards. The Workers' Compensation unit is restructuring many roles and responsibilities, in addition to standardizing policies, practices, and procedures. We are aligning to a highly consultative model that supports the health and well-being of essential City workers, such as Firefighters, Police Officers, and Lineworkers.
We will be accepting applications until Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 4:00pm Pacific Time.
