The 405 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht offers an enormous amount of space in every area of the boat and is beautifully finished with fine wood cabinetry and trim.  This layout has an expansive wide-open interior with huge windows, a L-shaped sofa / hide-a-bed, two private sleeping cabins, two Vacu-flush heads, separate shower, and a fully appointed galley with newer full size fridge/freezer, propane oven and microwave. 
The spacious aft deck with wing doors has rare port and starboard molded stairways to the flybridge and an extended swim platform along with a large bow deck offer safe operation and lots of relaxation opportunities.
A cradle on the sundeck holds the RIB Achilles Hyplon Centre Console tender with 15Hp Honda outboard. The tender is lowered using an electric low profile Nick Jackson Crane with remote.
This 405 is equipped with  Cummins 330B diesel engines with approx 1680 hrs, a powerful 9kW Kohler (Yanmar diesel) generator, Webasto diesel hydronic heat, all chain windlass, powerful Wesmar dual prop bow thruster, 50 amp and 30 amp shore power systems, 2 washdowns and much more.
A full survey was conducted in June 2019 including a qualified mechanical survey and oil tests. Survey, mechanical and oil can be purchased separately at a good discount over a new one if desired.
Mechanical: Twin Cummins 6 BTA5.9 330 HP Diamond Diesels ~ 1680 hrs. Aftercoolers were removed serviced, all new hoses installed and tested ok in July 2019. Oil and filters changed in Dec 2019. New strbrd heat exchanger installed in June 2019.
Kohler (Yanmar diesel) 9Kw Generator~ 630 hrs
FireBoy automatic fire supression with new Dupont FE-241 halon replacement in system in engine room.
PSS Dripless Shaft Seals New installed Oct 2019.
Batteries (10) : All new in August 2019
