ScoutVid.com is a free database for young athletes to build their online presence and gain exposure in the hockey world. Players of all levels can store pics and video to their own profile allowing others to view their progress over time. Videos can include on and off ice training, game days and player interviews. These videos will give coaches and scouts a feel for the player's skill, work ethic and character much more so than just a tryout setting. Each profile has its own unique link and QR code which makes them easily shareable...gone are the days of submiting large video files to get a tryout somewhere!
