Reset the Printer
If the ink cartridge error persists, continue the following steps
Turn on your HP DeskJet 3855 printer and keeping the printer in 'ON' condition remove the power cord
Subsequently, remove the power cord from the electrical socket and wait for a minute
Now reattach the power cord to the electrical socket and the HP DeskJet 3855 printer and turn it on
